Indoor grow light - noob question :)

Hello Guys,

Sorry for this post, but since I'm a beginner, I would appreciate it if you could provide me some advice about indoor lights, please.

I have my plants (Dionaea muscipula) near a Windows (Double glass), so they have 5-6 hours of direct light (From 07:00 to 12:00), water 1 time per day in a 16cm full Glazed clay pot (has a drain hole) with 70% sphagnum moss and 30% perlite.

I think it would be great to have an additional light, so they can grow more healthy, what you guys think?

I've checked some indoor light, but i would appreciate it if you could provide me with some advice about what is the best light.

Earthen pots are not suitable for carnivorous plants, too much transpiration from the terracotta.
You must use plastic pots.
The best lighting is turbo neon, it can be replaced by LED lighting that consumes less energy. Different models are available at GrowLed.
